The associate states that while working and attempting to move a rug the associate squatted down to pick up one end of the rug with a pain scale of 4 out of 10. The associate brought the injury to my attention (the supervisor) mentioned they wanted to walk for a moment. After 15 [REDACTED] had passed we then begin to walk up front. Medical treatment was denied at the moment. Associate would like to go home and rest After completing the initial report the associate [WAS NOT] able to return to their process path.
