Incident reported [REDACTED]. However on [REDACTED] an associate reported to work for their normal scheduled shift and disclosed that they had been involved in an incident that occurred on [REDACTED]. The associate requested medical assistance due to ongoing back pain pain in their pinky toe and discomfort in both knees. During the investigation it was confirmed that the associate was hired on [REDACTED]. At the time of the incident the associate was working in the Picking process path and wearing proper PPE. The associate stated that while picking another associate abruptly collided with them from behind causing them to nearly fall. They did not fall completely to the ground but fell into the inside of the OP full body instead. The associate was not working any overtime at the time of the incident.
