On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in Home Delivery - Deluxing reported a pain level of 10 in their Right Foot due to dropping a box on it while attempting to lay it flat. The associate was working at housekeeping and stated as the associate was moving cartons around to tidy up the medic area they noticed a carton standing up leaning against a yellow barricade. The associate was moving the carton to a down right (flat) position when it slipped out of their hands and landed on the associates right foot. During the investigation the site found that the associate was hired on [REDACTED] completed Pristine training on [REDACTED] and IS currently up-to-date on carton handling training. The PO the associate was moving was CS602880813 carton 00000299860014108947. The carton in question is approximately 126 LBS. It does not appear a team lift was requested.;
