What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in bulk picking reported 6 10 pain in their left leg due two boxes of glass falling on the associate. The associate was working at the throw line by picking desk and stated that they were moving a box on their cart. When they moved this box it caused two large boxes containing glass to fall on the associates left leg. At the time of incident the associate stated they were at the throw line attempting to unload a cart. While the associate was unloading the cart they had their order picker raised even with the induction table on the throw on line. The associate stated they did not have their harness connected to the OP causing them to fall off the cart. After the incident the associate returned back to direct path and did not report injury until [REDACTED]. During the investigation the site found that the associate was hired on [REDACTED] completed bulk picking training on [REDACTED] and is currently up-to-date on bulk
