What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Seasonal associate working in receiving unloading reported 7 10 pain in their lower back and head due to a stack of sofas falling on the associate. The associate was working at dock door 117 and stated that they were down stacking sofas from an inbound shuttle load that were booked shelved within the trailer. The associate stated as they were downstacking the sofa on top it caused the remaining two sofas underneath to fall along with the sofa that the associate was attempting to downstack. Once the sofas began to fall they fell towards the right wall of the trailer causing the associate to be pinned between the trailer wall and the collapsed boxes. The associate stated when the boxes hit them they felt a strain in their lower back area. The associate also stated that once the boxes fell it caused them to hit the back of their head on the trailer wall. A fellow associate had to downstack the boxes off of the associate involved in the incident.
