What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Seasonal associate working in bulk putaway reported redness and irritation in their left eye due to a small piece of debris entering their left eye. The associate was working at aisle [REDACTED] and stated they were putting a pallet away into level six. As they were looking up to place the pallet into location the associate stated that they felt a small piece of debris enter their eye which caused irritation and redness. The associate stated that they did not see anything falling from the location but felt something enter their eye. The associate stated that they did not experience any pain or loss of vision during the incident only redness and discomfort. During the investigation the site found that the associate was hired on [REDACTED] completed bulk putaway training on [REDACTED] and IS currently up-to-date on bulk putaway SOP training.
