The associate states that while working at [REDACTED] and while they were lifting a box to stack it up to the top they tried to place the box in the top and the box slipped and the associate tried to catch it with their right hand while falling down; with a pain scale of 7 out of 10. During the investigation the site found that the injury occurred in Door [REDACTED] while the associate tried to catch a box that was falling the associate was wearing proper PPE at the time off the incident. Upon notification of the injury the associate DECLINED first aid.
