The associate reported while trying to grab a box the box next to it fell over and hit came in contact with their left shoulder. The associate had an initial pain level of a 9 10. The associate was wearing proper PPE. The area was not cluttered or congested. There werent any environmental factors. After the incident the associate refused any medical treatment. The associate gave a written statement and signed a declination of care form. After the incident the associate VTOd for the remainder of the shift. ( product was a couch approximately 100-150 lbs)
