What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in MM Outbound reported shoulder pain while re-working a trailer in [REDACTED]. ;;The Associate’s Description of the Incident;;The associate states that on [REDACTED] while supporting MCML loading in the Shipping department he felt pain in his shoulder while moving boxes. The Associate confirmed that he only mentioned it to a co-worker and not his line manager.;;The Initial Investigation Findings and Details;;During the investigation the site found that the Associate may have tweaked his shoulder during the work in the Shipping department. The Associate did approach the Supervisor desk and asked for a Tylenol as he was feeling ongoing pain. When asked about why he did not inform his line manager the Associate stated that he did not take the pain too seriously and presumed the pain would subside. We then proceeded to the First [REDACTED] room in the office where we did have the Associate call the Wayfair nurse line
