What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in Bulk reported a back injury while picking in location P16-35-01-01 on the OP. The associate states that while working in bulk and while they were picking they grabbed and pulled a carton and felt a sharp pain on their lower back with a pain scale of 10 out of 10. PPE was worn at time of incident During the investigation the site found that the injury occurred while the associate was being labor shared to bulk and picking in location P16-35-01-01 as they grabbed and pulled a carton they felt a sharp pinch on lower back but was able to drop carton on cart. The associate then stretched to see if the pain would go away but still felt the pain. They went to drop off the picking cart by the conveyor and were then told to pick in OP2 by the supervisor and as they went to location [REDACTED] they could not grab the box due to the pain and notified the supervisor .
