On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in bulk pick path reported an injury due to lifting a box off of the floor ;;The associate states that while working in [REDACTED] and while they were picking a box from the floor location. The associate states while they were picking the last box from that location the box got stuck on a nail that was exposed on the pallet. The associate pulled the box to them when they felt a pain in their lower back. The associate stated on a pain scale of 10 out of 10.;The Initial Investigation Findings and Details;During the investigation the site found that the injury occurred due to LP: MEG01177514 becoming stuck to the pallet on the ground level because of an exposed nail. When the associate attempted to pull move the box to slide out of location the pallet caused increased friction. The associate pulled harder and felt pain.
