Lifting a box

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a BHN Wayfair associate working in Bulk Picking process path reported a pain level 2 pain in their mid-sternum due to a box slipping from their hands and contacting them.;;The associate was working in an unknown aisle in what they described as OP 1 on the 7th level. The team member stated while picking a large box it slipped from their hands and contacted them in the chest. This contact caused a very small laceration (less than a 1 8) which had a droplet of blood that dried on the associates shirt by the time the incident was reported. ;;During the investigation the site found that the associate was hired on [REDACTED] completed Bulk Picking and Putaway process training on [REDACTED] and is currently up-to-date on Bulk Picking and Putaway training. ;;The associate indicated in their written statement that the incident occurred at approx.
