On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Facilities [REDACTED] II was throwing away garbage when the injury was believed to occur. The [REDACTED] did not initially feel pain during the incident it was not until [REDACTED] that in individual started to feel soreness in their left shoulder. The individual states that the pain in their left shoulder increased over the [REDACTED] culminating in them going to an urgent care facility on [REDACTED]. The individual received a doctors note stating that they would need to be on light duty (Restrictions in note) until [REDACTED]. The individual explained the situation to their manager and the manager instructed them to inform TM and return home until an ERC ticket can be entered and processed.
