attempting to fix a jam by moving a box

At approximately [REDACTED] an associate reported an injury to their right knee and back with a pain level of 10 10. The associate was working at door 204 and attempting to fix a jam on the down lane. While attempting to move a box (CS571219051 approx 106lbs) they lost control and the box fell off the belt hitting the associate in the side of their left knee. The associate reported that the impact of the box also hurt their back. The associate was offered first aid and accepted resulting in EMS being called due to them not being able to put weight on their knee. The associate was wearing proper PPE at the time of the incident and was in path for 3 hours. They were not working Overtime at the time of the incident. The associate was hired on [REDACTED] and was trained on [REDACTED].
