What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Seasonal associate working in bulk pick process path reported an Injury due to being struck by hook on lanyard attached to order picker. The injury area was a laceration just above the left eye and under the left eyebrow. ;;The associate states that while working in aisle P-60-79-01-01 and while they were picking an item from the same location the associate states they unhooked from the lanyard to adjust a box on their cart. Associate then stated that the box was not going to fit so the associate tried to move box back to its location. In doing so the associate pushed the box forward and the hook swung back hitting the associate in the face. At the time of injury the pain scale was 7 out of 10.;;During the investigation the site found that the injury occurred as a result of the associate unhooking their safety lanyard to reposition an item on their cart (FDXY2148.105577922).
