Loading boxes into a trailer

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate labor shared from Middle Mile working in shipping reported an Injury while loading items on trailer 561139 on [REDACTED]. The associate was unsure of the box that fell on them. The associate stated that as they were in the act of loading a trailer they attempted to pick an item up that was on the floor another box that was standing fell and hit them on the right side of their head causing a pain scale of 6 out of 10 (as stated by the associate). The investigation determined there was no one else was with them in the trailer and it is unknown if the associate was following Wayfair safety policy procedure. The associate was labor share from the Middle Mile. Environmental factors played a role in this incident as the box that initially fell on the associates head was not properly bookshelves or loaded properly.
