At approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair Bulk Associate reported an injury to their left knee. The incident occurred during putaway operations. Upon arriving at the designated location the associate attempted to place a large box on the lower level of a pallet rack. During the process the box fell off the pallet. While attempting to lift and reposition the box the associate felt a “pop” in their left knee.; The associate reported a pain level of 7 to 8 out of 10. Following an investigation it was confirmed that the associate began employment on [REDACTED]. No evidence of misconduct or negligence was found and the associate was wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at the time. Additionally the associate was not working overtime and no environmental factors were found to have contributed to the incident.; First aid was offered on site and the nurse line was contacted.
