The associate had a pain scale of 10 out of 10.;The Initial Investigation Findings and Details; During the investigation the site found that the injury occurred while the associate was doing [REDACTED] in aisle P32. As the associate was putting away an 175 LB box in the racking another box beside it fell on the associate and pinned them to the cart on the OP. The associate felt a sharp pain in their lower back. Upon notification of the injury the associate accepted first aid. ;Details of the items involved include. 147 LB box;After completing the initial report the associate was not able to return to their process path.
