The reservoir holds many gallons of liquid and is filled with a ratio of one bag of shine emulsion to ~1 liter of water the water being scaled with a measuring cup that has a handle. This measuring cup is dipped into a large bucket containing several gallons of water. The setup of the work station positions this large bucket of water on a moveable table at waist height. The team member had depleted most of the water from the large bucket and moved it to refill from a faucet low on a support pillar nearby. It was after this bucket was mostly full (~60lbs in total weight) and the associate attempted to lift it back onto the table from floor level that they felt the strain in their lower back.
