What happened
[REDACTED] has acute slope. While exiting rear of vehicle my foot slipped off the back step and I landed with my right foot under me twisting my r knee. After instructing my partner to continue inside to care for pt I called the FS to advise him what happened. He sent another vehicle. Meanwhile I was able to roll over and get to my feet crawled into [REDACTED] and assisted my partner in treating the hypotensive pt before bls arrived. Assisted out of [REDACTED] and into bls vehicle for transport to [REDACTED] for evaluation.
