We were moving a patient from his bed to the stretcher and I was on the pushing side. When I went to move the patient I felt a pain in my back. During the move the bed was moved which pushed my knees back making me hyperextend my back. Later that day we had to lift a heavy patient at a group home and push her up a ramp on the stretcher
