What happened
Employee noticed that ductor roller on inker #6 was not rotating so he sprayed alcohol on the ductor roll in an attempt to break up and debris or dry ink stuck in ductor roll and was unsuccessful in doing so. He then used his middle finger with blue nitrile gloves to touch the roll and his fingers were pulled into the printer
