What happened
RECORDABLE LOST TIME: At approximately [REDACTED] a [REDACTED] Laborer was walking through the loading dock to bring materials back to their Level 1 Shack. While walking in the direction of the hoists the worker tripped and fell. According to the worker they do not know what they tripped on. The worker?s left knee landed on the metal fork of a pallet jack. The worker reports the incident to the medic. After initial evaluation and Telehealth call the worker was taken to OccMed for further evaluation. The worker received a fracture to their left femur and a fracture to their left medial tibial plateau. Worker is currently with [REDACTED] Representee at MGH waiting for a CT scan and orthopedic evaluation.
