What happened
Recordable Injury Employee was working in [REDACTED] 1 working on QC protection. A sheet of poly 6mil had been hung on a wall and extra poly material was sticking out into the floor causing a trip hazard. With full PPE on the employee was cutting left to right when the wall condition changed. Holding the poly in his left hand he was finishing his cut going from right to left when he made contact with his left pinky finger. Was sent for medical evaluation where he received stitches to close the wound before returning to work.EE received stitches
