What happened
Employee helping carpenter crew perform clean up after completing a job. The employee had previously rerouted an extention cord that was in the walk path moving it under a scaffolding so that it was out of the walk path. Upon completion of the job the employee was rolling up the extention cord under the scaffolding. While traveling under the scaffolding the employee 's foot got caught on scaffold bar bracing approximately 12 above grade causing employee to fall. Employee sustained wrist injury during the fall.
