What happened
Employee was working on filter of filter pot installing new mesh and fabric on the filter. The filter was laying on the ground and had to be lifted to the mesh and fabric could be placed under it. When employee lifted the filter using both arms he stated he felt a pop and pulling in his left inner forearm. Employee stated he did not report incident until [REDACTED] because he did not think he really hurt his arm. Employee stated that since it was still hurting he wanted to get it checked.
