What happened
Employee was pulling a blind on 8 600 lb. flange on exchanger 125 A. The employee was tightening up the flange with a pneumatic impact gun missing keeper ring and used wire to secure the socket. The employee readjusted the position and bumped the trigger which caused the socket to spin in his hand causing laceration through his glove. The employee came down off the scaffold and reported his injury to the foreman. The foreman took the employee to site medical.
