What happened
The operator chose to walk back to his car an hour and a half after starting his shift when he was halfway to his car he realized he forgot his keys and turned around and started to walk back to building 1 via the road between buildings 1 and 2. The operator stated he accidentally stepped into a pothole and tripped and fell to the ground in the middle of the road.
