What happened
EE was struck by a compressed air hose that dislodged from a barbed hose fitting. EE had just completed the task of attaching the hose to the fitting and during the process of bringing up the system pressure the hose (and clamps) slipped off the fitting. This resulted 3 small avulsions on the top of the head.
