What happened
Around [REDACTED] TM states that he was building pallets in the front of [REDACTED] when another TM began to push the pallets in his lane forward with a dock stocker. TM stated that while the pallets were being pushed his right foot got smashed between two of the pallets causing his foot to bend upwards. The TM then raised his hand to the TM operating the dock stocker and yelled stop. TM stated that it didn 't seem to hurt much at first but after a few minutes of walking around the pain got much worse and the TM reported the incident to his Supervisor. After the TM reported the incident CorVel was contacted. The TM was advised to self-treat the injury. Use ice packs ace bandage and elevate foot when possible. TM stated that while driving home his foot began to hurt more from pressing on the gas and break pedals. After a [REDACTED] the TM states that the pain was not getting any better and decided to go to the clinic for medical treatment.
