Before the incident
TM was assisting with a dumped pallet of product in an aisle. TM was under the elevated area where the product fell from.
What happened
A witness was putting a pallet away at location [REDACTED] when he realized another pallet was too close and began lowering product [REDACTED]. The wrap ripped dropping items to the floor. While walkie drivers helped restack the fallen items [REDACTED] went under the location to place a box on the pallet. [REDACTED] called out that a box was falling but before Bristol could move the box struck his neck area causing sharp pain and soreness. The incident occurred on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. The item for the product is [REDACTED] the weight is 17.5 pounds.
