Before the incident
On [REDACTED] TM was making a delivery to a customer in [REDACTED] last stop. While TM was unloading trailer using manual pallet jack and taking a pallet out over an incline when he felt a pop in his right calf muscle. TM immediately called MedTrans supervisor and notified me of the injury. TM finished the delivery and called [REDACTED] per supervisor and managers instructions.
What happened
On [REDACTED] TM was making a delivery to a customer in [REDACTED] last stop. While TM was unloading trailer using manual pallet jack and taking a pallet out over an incline when he felt a pop in his right calf muscle. TM immediately called MedTrans supervisor and notified me of the injury. TM finished the delivery and called [REDACTED] per supervisor and managers instructions. [REDACTED] advised TM to seek medical attention upon return to the [REDACTED]. TM arrived back to the [REDACTED] safely and went to the nearest Concentra. TM was assessed with strain to right calf muscle. TM can return to work with zero-time loss as a result of this injury.
