Before the incident
On [REDACTED] at approx. [REDACTED] TM was traveling [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] near [REDACTED] when he felt a jolt from the back of his trailer.
What happened
On [REDACTED] at approx. [REDACTED] TM was traveling [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] near [REDACTED] when he felt a jolt from the back of his trailer. When the TM looked into his driver side mirror he saw a grey [REDACTED] approaching him and stated the vehicle appeared to be out of control the vehicle then struck the driver side of the trailer hitting the landing gear. In this incident there was 2 other vehicles that were struck by the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] as well. One of the people involved was transported to the hospital with nonserious injuries. All 3 vehicles were towed from the scene. MedTrans tractor and trailer sustained no damages and driver was able to drive away. TM did state in initial call that he was feeling some tightness and stiffness in his lower back was instructed to call [REDACTED]. Upon drivers return to the [REDACTED] he called [REDACTED] and reported the injury.
