On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] the TM was doing putaways on an OP in a 2ft slots MM2966BB and MM2968BB. While doing so the TM 's left forearm scraped along an existing broken retention clip that was sticking out on the racking. This caused a 1.5 inch laceration on the forearm.
