Unloading a trailer

On [REDACTED] the driver was moving a pallet with a crown electric pallet jack. The EPJ allegedly jack knifed which caused the pallet to lose its integrity and start to tip. They used their arms and right leg to try and stop the pallet from falling and get it back up causing pain in the right leg below the knee. They reported it to their lead and said they 'll see how they feel. The lead did not report. The TM found the warehouse safety supervisor [REDACTED] to report that it 's gotten worse and is limping. They pulled up their pant leg to show that their leg is now swollen. Opted to go home and self treat with ice.
