While the TM was picking on a double walkie at [REDACTED] around [REDACTED]. The TM was picking up [REDACTED]. The TM placed 3 of the 4 cases on the pallet. When the TM placed the fourth cases on his pallet he dropped it from a foot or so above the pallet. When the box fell the liquid supposedly splashed into his eyes and onto his arms.
