Around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] TM was attempting to cut a seal with an powered bolt cutter. The seal the TM was attempting to cut a thin metal seal. The automatic bolt cutter was not able to cut the seal due to the size. The TM attempted the pull the seal across the cutter to break the seal. When the TM attempted that action the TM smashed their finger on the trailer door.
