Decasing cases of gloves

On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] the TM was completing decasing. While decasing cases of gloves and solution the team member supposedly felt pain in their wrist. The TM kept working through the pain. The TM had [REDACTED] helping them by coaching. [REDACTED] was coaching the TM to empty the entire case at one time. The weight of the cases were around 30 pounds each.
