TM stated they believe they were picking item B-D36796221lbs. from location MM4823HH0200 when they felt the sharp pain in their back while putting case on the pallet. Team member believes it happened around [REDACTED]. Team member waited for the pain to pass and continue to finish their pick but the pain continued every time they twisted. TM initially only wanted first-aid then sought treatment on 6.18.25.
