What happened
Team member called me on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] on their first scheduled off day stating that their right middle toe was swollen and insisted on getting an Xray. When asked if they believe this was work related they said yes it started hurting the day prior while working on the lum dock and got worse the following morning. TM states that he mentioned this to his supervisor around [REDACTED] that day. TM couldn 't pinpoint any ouch moment and stated that he thinks it could be a stress fracture. We asked him if he would be willing to rest his foot over the [REDACTED] since it was his first day off and if it wasn 't any better when he returned we could escalate. TM stated they were going to be around family and wanted anything they 'd need crutches boot etc. TM called me back later and wanted to move forward with getting medical care. At this point he tells us about an incident a [REDACTED] where he was using a battery changer and while lowering it came down on his foot and he thinks th
