What happened
TM stated that they picked up an empty skid and did not know at the time that one of the boards the TM was holding was actually broken. While TM was carrying the pallet the pallet allegedly slipped and bumped his left wrist against another skid of product. TM came to the desk rubbing his wrist [REDACTED] needing work and told Sup [REDACTED] what had happened. Immediately filled out incident report and called Medcor once TM said he would like to get medical treatment due to his wrist selling.
