Team member was coming from break as she passed the trash can in the front breakroom she fell.

Team member was coming from break as she passed the trash can in the front breakroom she fell. Housekeeping was cleaning the breakroom and the floor was slightly wet there was a wet floor sign present. The TMs right knee was injured during her fall; 3 other TMs helped her off the ground. I have 1 witness statement from another team member that helped assist in getting her up from his fall they were unaware of the other 2 TM that helped.
