What happened
On [REDACTED] the TM texted me I hurt my neck at work I turned my head wrong and now my neck and spine is bothering me I 'm at the hospital now There was no mention to me earlier than [REDACTED] about a potential injury. TM stated it happend on [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. The team member worked on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] but never mentioned any injury. On the same day I asked the TM if they can come in to complete a workplace incident form. Below is what the TM has shared so far. On [REDACTED] the TM was completing some OP putaways. While the TM was in the air putting some items away they felt like they turned their body to fast and potentially sprained something. Most of their pain is in the shoulder neck and back area.
