What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] TM was on a Reach 4 putting away a full pallet in [REDACTED]. While looking up to do a putaway a foreign object fell into TM 's right eye. TM was then headed to the nearest eye wash station customer service side flushing out their right eye but the object was still inside of their eyelid which observed to be a splinter. Manager arrived to the scene and then escalated to Sr. Manager. [REDACTED] was contacted and advised TM to Sutter Tracy Community Hospital.
