Picking up a pen and box

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] A TM working in the shipping department was Picking in Zone 10. As the TM went to pick from A level 0.5 slot location. TM stated due to the location having little product left caused to bend and twist to go deep underneath the racking. When the TM went to stand back up the TM heard a Snapp in the middle lower back. At the time of the incident the pain level was 4.10. TM remain in zone 10 for one more assignment. When Fished the TM reported the pain to a manager Due to the pain level being a 7.10. Tm was taken to the care room for first-aid. TM requested to remain on the reach truck for the remainder of the shift and see WIMS the next day.
