On [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] an incident was reported in the workplace. It took place in the Shipping department specifically in the [REDACTED] area. According to the team member On [REDACTED] before the holiday break during mid-shift I felt a mild pain on my lower back left. Did not think anything of it thought to myself it 's just pain from long work and physical work. Pain returned [REDACTED]. I was not reporting because it was manageable. [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] while trying to lift two boxes of what I believe are liners I heard two loud pops which scared me. After that I reported ot my supervisor. First aid was provided as a precaution. The team member was not able to return to their regular duties. They were placed on light duty.
