Before the incident
TM stated that while working at a banding station with the fan blowing they felt an irritation of their eye as if there was something in it.
What happened
TM was working in K-Ship strapping boxes and had something blow into their left eye. TM states they didn 't report it and opted to flush their own eye and finish their shift. TM woke up [REDACTED] with their lower eye lid moderately swollen and eye feeling irritated. TM immediately reported it [REDACTED] at start of shift and said they wanted to go to Urgent Care to get it looked at.
