While putting cases of Latex Gloves onto the OP Pallet at WM-29-58-EE-03-00 TM was dropping the cases down rather than placing when he was dropping the cases he was pulling his hand out from underneath the last case he dropped pinched his Right Pinky between the pallet and the case.
