TM stated they reached to grab a tape gun and when they gripped it they felt a pain in their forearm. TM reenacted showing a pulling motion of trying to get the tape gun to cut the tape.

On [REDACTED] A [REDACTED] reported that she could not come in to work the shift due to her feeling a sharp pain in her right arm wrist to elbow she stated she started to feel a slight pain on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] when she was pick packing on station 37 and using a tape gun to seal a box the pain got worst when she got home and noticed her right wrist was swollen and the pain got worst. the report was completed today [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was contacted she was advised to seek medical treatment all necessary documents was uploaded in industry safe.
