TM was lowering pallets to prepare for next pick.
What happened
TM states she was taking a pallet form the new corral by Ailse 58 shipping dock. [REDACTED] says she pulled the pallet off the stack from the long side of the pallet. That as she grabbed the pallet there was a nail sticking down and she wanted to be cautious that the nail did not stick her hand. The rear of the pallet fell off the stack and landed on her right foot. [REDACTED] notified leadership and was taken to the care room for first aid. Returned to work on the OP.
